The site is assessed by the booking team or customer relations manager. Photographs are taken, notes are recorded, and the site assessment form is completed. This confirms access, façade type, safety requirements, and the finish the client expects.

The assessment is reviewed internally by management. Strategy and client requirements are 

discussed, pricing and timings are confirmed, and everything is aligned with SOPs, team availability, and the client’s operational schedule. The scope is agreed and the job is scheduled.

A clear plan of action is created for the team, setting out method, sequencing, access approach, and completion expectations.

The work is carried out in line with the agreed POA using the most appropriate method for the structure — rope access, boom lifts and access platforms, water-fed pole systems, and manual detailing where required. Work is controlled, consistent, and focused on attention to detail, leaving no visible finish overlooked.

Once complete, the exterior is reviewed and checked with the client where applicable. The job is signed off and closed correctly.
